SYNOPSIS:    Deleting of pc-x icons using MS-Windows leave trash behind

DESCRIPTION:

Orphaned "*.dat" files are created when icons are removed using
MS-Windows. 


SOLUTION:

The properties of the icon should be examined to establish the
associated "dat" file.  The "dat" file must be deleted with a second
operation using the file manager, DOS del, etc.
